ALL the money raised by The Uphill Trust is transferred to Uphill Junior School for the benefit of the children, either to cover running costs or to fund specific capital projects.
Funding priorities are agreed in advance with the School Director, letting him prepare the School's annual and termly budget plans. These take into account the fee income raised from the pupils who are able to pay and the anticipated funds provided by Uphill Trust donors.
The Uphill Trust is a NO OVERHEADS CHARITY that does not make any deductions for administration or governance. Donations received via the online giving facility are subject to a charity rate commission charge applied by the payment services PayPal, GoGardless & Stripe.
The gift of education to children who need it the most creates a legacy that can never be taken away. Any donation to The Uphill Trust from the terms of your will would be gratefully received. We are a Registered Scottish Charity which means that your donation will be free from Inheritance Tax.
